Cooper's new partner is war vet, and Ben falls in with a bad crowd of cops led by Chad Michael Murray.
9:00 on TLC--Hoarders--TLC continues its trek to forgo its Learning Channel roots and embrace it new moniker, The Living Carnival, with the season premieres of two shows tonight. First up is the return of this disturbing staple, and then at 10:00 My Strange Addiction focuses on a woman who licks her cat.
